This static website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This may include the IP address, timestamp, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating-system information, and response status.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area and describes the relevant safeguards in its data processing addendum.

This website does not set first-party cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer needed to handle the request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. External links

The website contains links to external services such as itch.io and Discord. Data is transferred to those providers only after you open the relevant link. Their respective privacy policies then apply.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
